Welcome to Uzzari. These Terms of Service govern your use of uzzari.com and purchases made through our store. References to “Uzzari,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website, as identified in our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Using Our Website

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, or access another customer’s account without authorization.

2. Member Accounts and Pricing

Certain prices and purchasing features are available only to signed-in members. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.

Creating an account does not reserve products, guarantee availability, or automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, or address a material breach of these Terms. This does not remove your rights relating to existing purchases.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, finishes, and care requirements accurately.

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors and finishes appear. Where disclosed, handmade or material-specific variations may occur. Such variations do not excuse damage, defects, or material differences from the agreed description.

Before ordering, review the product dimensions and suitability for your intended space. Contact us if you need clarification.

4. Prices and Payment

The applicable currency, product price, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Changes do not automatically alter the price of an accepted order.

You must use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control.

If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

5. Orders and Availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-receipt email acknowledges receipt and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Custom and trade orders may have a separate written acceptance process.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, unsuccessful payment, or suspected fraud. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will refund the affected amount.

After acceptance, cancellation or changes by us remain subject to applicable law and your contractual rights.

6. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@uzzari.com promptly and include your order number.

We will confirm whether the requested change is possible. Dispatch or production may limit voluntary changes, but does not remove statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights where they apply.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to destinations supported at checkout. Delivery availability and charges may vary according to the product, destination, and delivery requirements.

Estimated transit times are generally 14–21 business days after dispatch unless a different timeframe is stated for your order. Processing and any custom-production time are additional and will be communicated where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please provide a complete delivery address and review access requirements for large items. Assembly, installation, and specialist handling are included only where expressly stated.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy. Nothing in that policy transfers transit risk to you earlier than permitted by applicable consumer law.

8. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges.

Where such charges are not included or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law and the information provided before purchase.

We do not impose a blanket exclusion of taxes: the treatment applicable to your order depends on the destination and checkout arrangements.

9. Returns and Refunds

For eligible purchases, you may notify us of your decision to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Contact info@uzzari.com with your order number for return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay the direct return shipping cost where this was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by law. For items that cannot normally be returned by post, applicable return-cost information must be provided before purchase.

Please package returned goods securely, preferably using their original packaging. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, missing original packaging alone does not remove those rights. Any deduction for diminished value will be made only where permitted by law.

For applicable EEA or UK statutory withdrawals, you generally have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Refunds, including eligible standard outbound delivery charges, will be handled within the legally required period. Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received.

Our Returns Policy provides further instructions. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting policy provision.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from your order. Include your order number and, where practical, photographs of the item and packaging.

Photographs assist our assessment but do not replace or restrict your legal rights. A request to report delivery damage promptly is not a shortened statutory claim period.

Where we are responsible, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover necessary return costs. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit rights relating to faulty or non-conforming products.

11. Custom-Made Products

Custom orders require written confirmation of relevant specifications, pricing, production arrangements, and delivery estimates.

Please review dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications before approving production. Requested changes after approval may affect cost and timing and require written agreement.

Products genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. An item is not automatically excluded merely because it is produced after an order is placed.

Rights relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

12. Installation, Care, and Safety

Follow the product’s installation, use, maintenance, and care instructions. Electrical products should be installed by a qualified professional where required.

Review the stated voltage, dimensions, mounting requirements, and intended use before purchasing. Ask us if suitability is unclear.

Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation may not qualify for a remedy, except where the issue results from defective goods, inadequate instructions, or another matter for which we are legally responsible.

13. Trade and B2B Orders

Trade, commercial, and project orders may be subject to separately agreed written terms covering payment, specifications, delivery, and returns.

Any separate terms will apply to the relevant order to the extent lawfully agreed. Consumer rights depend on the actual nature of the purchase and applicable law.

14. Website Content and Submissions

Website content, including branding, photographs, and text, belongs to Uzzari or its respective licensors. You may not commercially reproduce or use protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. By sending project specifications or photographs, you permit us to use them as necessary to respond to your request and fulfill the agreed service.

We will seek permission before using private project materials for public marketing.

15. Privacy and External Services

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

External websites and services may have their own terms. Their inclusion does not remove our responsibility for the goods or services we agree to provide.

16. Liability and Consumer Protection

We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusions are prohibited.

We do not exclude mandatory product guarantees, statutory remedies, or other non-excludable consumer protections.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Such interruptions do not automatically remove obligations relating to accepted orders.

17. Disputes and Applicable Rights

These Terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections available under applicable law or prevent you from bringing a claim before a court or authority entitled to hear it.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The revised date will appear above.

Unless otherwise lawfully agreed, the terms applicable when your order is accepted govern that purchase. Later updates will not retroactively remove your rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
